Smith Lawn and Landscape, 2015 Recap- THANK YOU CUSTOMERS

I just want to take a few minutes to thank all of our fantastic customers. 2015 was our best year ever, and without customers like you, none of this would be possible! Many contractors say things similar to this, but I honestly believe that we are one of the few who actually stand behind it. Our customers will be treated like we would want to be treated, at all times. We will go above and beyond to make sure that you have the best customer service you have EVER had. That includes phone, email and text conversations at all times of day and night. Talking through issues, changes in design, pricing, questions, concerns, etc..  If you don't believe me, ask for a referral, I can send you a long list of customers who have told me that our customer service is the best they have ever had. That's before, during and even years after the sale.

We don't have a written warranty agreement for our jobs unless explicitly required, such as in a commercial project contract, because we haven't needed to. Our customers know that if they ever have an issue that they can contact me directly and we will take care of it. We will never disappear once we have payment in hand, in fact, the opposite is true, we will check in regularly to make sure everything is still looking good years after the project is done. Our hope is that once you hire us for one project, you will never call any other lawn or landscaping contractor again because you are so pleased with our work and customer service.

I have heard so many stories from customers past and present about getting burned by a landscape or other type of contractor.. Such as taking the deposit check and never showing up, missing promised deadlines all together, pushing your project off for weeks or even months and installing shoddy work and not coming back to take care of repairs after the fact. To respond to these types of concerns we have added a new written guarantee. Our current and past customers already know this to be true, but this guarantee should give peace of mind to any new customers who have concerns about selecting a contractor for their project.
